Devotional
Angels are present with us. Some times when I am praying I ask God to send angels to strengthen and protect people. Jesus told his disciples that he was able to call on angles and they would come. He also said that we would do the same things that he (Jesus) had done. There was an angel that came to Peter when he was in prison, in the 12 chapter of the book of acts, and helped him escape. The church was praying for Peter at the same time that he was being set free, I have wondered if they prayed for an angel to help Peter. Angels are sent to help us, however, keep your focus on Jesus and the Holy Spirit who is the ultimate “helper”.
