Psalms 37:5
Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this:
Psalms 37:23-24
If the LORD delights in a man's way, he makes his steps firm; though he stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand.
Devotional
For those people who sincerely put their trust in the Lord by committing their life to him, God’s strength and comfort is available to them for help in their time of need. God knows that we will stumble at times by not completely walking in his way. God is merciful, loving, forgiving and kind. For a moment, we may feel or even think, that we have fallen away from the Lord, this is not true. Once we commit our life to the Lord, His strong hand is always reaching out to us to help us stay on firm ground, he holds us up when we stumble.
