Victory In the Battles May 16
Scripture
2 Chronicles 20:21-22
Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the LORD and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying: "Give thanks to the LORD, for his love endures forever." As they began to sing and praise, the LORD set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated.
Devotion
We can have the victory over the troubles in our lives if we fight the battle God’s way. When we sing and praise the Lord we are releasing a spiritual weapon on our behalf to fight the enemy for us. Notice that when they began to sing and praise, that is when God began to bring the victory. This is not just a story, it is a major truth in Gods kingdom. Sing and praise the Lord today and expect victory over what ever you may be struggling with in life.
